Swiftner started as a simple tool for transcribing conversations. After a while, it became clear to us that there was a much bigger opportunity right in front of us. Our experience shows that sales leaders in call centers spend very little time on actual follow-up. And when feedback does come, it is often too late to make a real difference.

Today, Swiftner is building a new way of working with coaching in sales and customer service. Our product captures what actually works in conversations, learns from the best performers, and makes that knowledge available exactly when it’s needed β€” while the conversation is happening. Our goal is to make high-quality coaching accessible to more people.
