Who is Swiftner Meetings for?
Anyone who leads or takes part in meetings that matter. A designer in a design review, a developer in a sprint review, a manager in a 1:1 or a leadership team on a Monday morning.
Which video meeting apps does it work with?
Any of them, Teams, Zoom or Google Meet in the browser included. Swiftner Meetings runs as a desktop app next to the meeting, and never posts in the meeting chat.
Can I get a summary before the meeting ends?
Yes. Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) whenever you want, and ask for a summary of what has been said and agreed so far. That leaves time to settle what is still open.
Does Swiftner do anything on its own?
No. You decide when to ask, what goes into the knowledge base and when a follow-up is sent. There is no meeting score.
Does Swiftner record the audio?
No. The meeting is transcribed on your own computer while it happens, and the recording never leaves it.
Where is our data stored?
Transcription runs on your own computer, using a language pack you download once. What Swiftner stores runs on Hetzner in Falkenstein, Germany, with EU endpoints on Google Cloud in Finland, and each customer has its own isolated database schema.
How does Meetings work with Swiftner Sales?
